The LFM Group organized a guerrilla marketing campaign for Huawei in the major squares of Milan, starting a creative, innovative and unconventional selection process to find Huawei Geniuses to be hired for the opening of the new Huawei Experience Store in CityLife in Milan.
From 25 September to 8 October a real Hiring revolution was staged in Milan. Indeed, people woke up to an open-air bedroom with an alarm clock that represented Huawei’s metaphor focusing people’s attention on the start of the recruitment process: Looking for a job? WAKE UP.
The people who spontaneously applied during this initiative were subsequently contacted and invited to the Shopping Mall Fiordaliso of Rozzano where the candidates aspiring to become a Huawei Genius were interviewed.
